Life jackets are designed to save lives as their name makes clear but sometimes they work completely differently than their creators intended them to. The owners of the beagle cross who is named Dora put on a vest on their petty for the first time which affected him in the most strange way – the dog simply fell on his side and couldn’t get up. When the owner tried to raise him and put his back on his feet Dora the doggy again decided to lie down for a while. All this amused the witnesses of the incident who didn’t show even a little compassion for the embarrassed animal and laughed at him loudly. However, in the next video which was posted by Dora’s owner was seen that the dog is clearly trying to rehabilitate himself for the previous incident and even manages to stand on his feet for a couple of seconds.

The social network users noted in the comments that Dora’s numbness can be explained by the natural instincts because the vest pressed on the dog’s neck which reminds the animals of how their mother wore them by the scruff of the neck. This also happens with cats – if you push them on the back of the neck they stop moving and they freeze. So the dog is okay. She just remembers her childhood.
