Today, I want to share a recipe for a simple, tasty, and impressive dish—stuffed potatoes!

This recipe turns out so well that it can even be served at a festive table.

Here’s what you’ll need:

About 1 kg of potatoes (choose a type that’s good for baking if possible)
300 grams of any ground meat (I used a mix of pork and beef)
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
100 grams of hard cheese
1 onion and 1 large carrot
Salt and black pepper to taste
How to make stuffed potatoes:

Choose potatoes that are similar in size and wash them well with a brush. Slice a little off the bottom of each potato so they can stand upright in a deep pan.

Use a small knife or a spoon to scoop out the center of each potato, but be careful not to cut all the way through.

Grate half of the onion and the garlic, then mix them into the ground meat. Add salt, pepper, and any spices you like for meat. Mix well and stuff the potatoes with this mixture.

Place the stuffed potatoes in a large, deep pan. They should fit snugly together. Pour water into the pan until it reaches halfway up the potatoes. Lightly salt the water and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes.

While the potatoes are cooking, chop the remaining onion and carrot and fry them with tomato paste. Don’t forget to add salt to the sauce.

Pour this sauce over the half-cooked potatoes, cover the pan with a lid, and continue cooking until they’re done.

The result is delicious and sure to impress!
