It seems this Hollywood star only gets better with age.
There have been online debates about her toned muscles, with some saying it’s all Photoshop. But 55-year-old Nicole Kidman doesn’t need any editing—she has been active in sports since childhood. Paparazzi have caught her exercising outdoors multiple times, proving she’s serious about staying fit.
Recently, photographers spotted her during a workout in one of Sydney’s parks.
Even though she risked running into fans, Nicole stepped out without makeup, and the 55-year-old Oscar-winning actress looked much younger than her age.
“I’m not 25, but my face definitely doesn’t look that young!” a Daily Mail reader couldn’t help but comment.
“What kind of exercise keeps her looking so youthful?” another person wondered.
“She looks the same with or without makeup. What’s her secret?” a fan admired.
However, the actress insists she doesn’t have any secret to eternal youth. She encourages people to mix up their workouts to prevent boredom.
“You can’t expect to wake up and run five miles every morning for the rest of your life—it’ll get boring fast. That’s why I mix running with fitness, yoga, and I try to go for walks with my husband and kids,” Nicole shared in an interview with the Los Angeles Times.
Her approach to diet is also different: she doesn’t follow a strict regimen.
In addition to staying active, Nicole sticks to the principle that 80% of her diet consists of healthy, plant-based foods, while the remaining 20% is reserved for whatever she wants.
