A 6️⃣ m² kitchen in an old building—tiny, dark, and barely holding together 😮🤯 But then came a transformation so bold, it feels like impossible! 🫣 Walls came down, space appeared out of nowhere, and now this kitchen looks twice its size 😱🔥 You have to see it in the this article to believe it! ⬇️
This apartment didn’t give its new owners the warmest welcome. The lighting was dim, the wallpaper was peeling, and the parquet and linoleum floors were worn out. The kitchen, while not in terrible shape, was clearly outdated and in need of a refresh.
Here’s how the kitchen looked before the renovation. It wasn’t completely unlivable, but it was far from ideal. Many people spend years in similar conditions without making any changes.
However, the new owners decided it was time for a major transformation. They reworked the layout, got official approval for the renovation, and removed part of the wall between the kitchen and the living room. This opened up the space and set the stage for a dramatic upgrade.
Now, instead of a solid wall, there’s a wide, open doorway framed with wooden boards, creating a seamless transition between the two rooms.
The kitchen itself has changed completely. It now features sleek, modern cabinets, fresh parquet flooring, and newly painted walls. The dining table was moved into the living room, making the kitchen feel more spacious. In its place, a countertop was installed, extending from the window sill—perfect for a quick meal or morning coffee.
What do you think of this transformation?
