I baked a bread that is soft inside and smell so good, made my family’s stomach growl 🍞🔥 Ever tasted bread so good you didn’t need anything on it? Check my recipe in the article below—this might be it 👇
Today I want to share the easiest bread recipe I’ve ever tried. The bread turns out soft, smells wonderful, and tastes delicious. Plus, it’s not that hard to make, so even if you’ve never baked bread before, you can easily handle this.
To prepare it, you will need dry yeast, flour, warm milk, sugar, vegetable oil, and salt. The yeast will need about seven grams, flour around four hundred grams, but you may need a little more. Milk should be warm, about three hundred milliliters, with a fat content of three point two percent. You’ll also need one tablespoon of sugar, three tablespoons of vegetable oil, which can be olive oil if you prefer, and one teaspoon of salt.
Making the bread starts by mixing the warm milk with sugar, yeast, and roughly a hundred grams of flour. This mixture needs to be stirred well and covered with a towel. It’s best to place it somewhere warm so the yeast can start working. After about twenty minutes, salt, oil, and the rest of the flour should be added. Stir everything together until smooth, cover again, and leave for about an hour to let the dough rise.
While the dough is rising, prepare the baking mold. I used a muffin mold, but any baking form will work. Grease it lightly with oil. After the dough has risen, knead it again with your hands, place it into the mold, and put it in the oven. The bread bakes at one hundred and eighty degrees for around thirty-five to forty-five minutes.
Once baked, it’s best to let the bread cool a little right in the mold. After that, it can be taken out and sliced. The result is soft, fluffy bread with a golden crust that fills the kitchen with a wonderful smell.
