This dessert takes just a few minutes to prepare and turns out soft, tasty, and full of flavor. It has no sugar, only natural ingredients, making it perfect for those watching their diet.

Ingredients:
– 15-18 g of gelatin
– 100 ml of cold water
– 2 large ripe bananas
– 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder

How to make it:

Pour the gelatin into a small bowl, add cold water, stir well, and let it sit for 5 minutes to swell.

Peel the bananas, cut them into small chunks, and put them in a blender. Add the cocoa and blend everything until smooth.

Warm up the swollen gelatin on low heat until it melts completely, but don’t let it boil. Pour the liquid gelatin into the banana and cocoa mixture. Blend everything again until well mixed.

Pour the mixture into silicone molds and put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours until it sets.

Once firm, gently remove the dessert from the molds, cut it into small pieces, and serve.
