What Youāll Need:
500 g cabbage
1 onion
1 carrot
50 ml vegetable oil
2 eggs
400 ml kefir (2.5% fat)
300 g flour
½ tsp baking soda
ā tsp salt
ā tsp ground pepper
1 tsp sugar
Steps:
Prepare the vegetables:
Slice the onion into half rings. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden. Grate the carrot and add it to the pan. Let it cook until it softens. While the carrots are frying, finely chop the cabbage. Add the cabbage to the pan, stir well, and cover with a lid. Let everything cook for 5ā7 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, then mix again.

Make the dough:
