Kanye West’s 49th birthday in exactly the attention-grabbing style fans have come to expect. The 31-year-old shared a series of personal photos dedicated to her husband, including an unusual shot of the couple sharing a passionate kiss through a pane of glass.
“Love you to the grave,” Bianca wrote alongside the intimate image. Another photo showed Kanye dressed in a cream T-shirt, black leather jacket, distressed brown leather trousers, luxury watch and tall beige suede boots. “Love you more than life,” she added.
But the Australian designer saved the biggest provocation for herself. Bianca posed in white lingerie and classic light-colored stilettos, dropping onto all fours for the daring birthday shot. Her dark hair framed her face, while dramatic eye makeup and nude lipstick completed the look.
Their relationship originally began professionally. Bianca joined Kanye’s clothing company in 2020, before their connection eventually became romantic following his divorce from Kim Kardashian and his brief relationship with Julia Fox. Kanye and Bianca married in 2023.
The couple are currently spending time in the Netherlands and were recently spotted heading to an upscale restaurant in Amsterdam. On that occasion, Bianca was considerably more covered up than usual, wearing a tight gray-and-white lingerie-inspired dress with silver tights and heeled mules.
Her more restrained Amsterdam appearance was a sharp contrast to many of her recent outfits. For Kanye’s birthday, however, Bianca returned to the provocative image that has become her trademark—and made herself a major part of his birthday tribute.
