The elephants have reunited with their grandmother after many years.
There is a strange custom among the elephants: males have an opportunity to go to the wild to look for partners for them, while females have to stay with their family until the end of their lives.
The main aim of this meeting is to give a big chance to the elephants to see each other again and create a natural environment for them to feel more comfortable. For some time no one can see the elephants at the zoo to help them relax and be closer to each other.
Each elephant must be under the care of humans and their presence in Halle is the beginning of their development in the future.
