Meet Lia, a sweet dog, who spent almost one year at the shelter. While her siblings found their homes quickly, she continued to remain in the same place.
Lia was abandoned by her previous owners, because they moved to another country. She was so cute and adorable, so the staff couldn’t understand why no one paid attention to her.
