A family recently achieved their ultimate goal: getting their own apartment. When they moved in, they found the place needed a lot of renovation, especially the kitchen. The walls had peeling paint, a radiator stuck out awkwardly from under the window, and an old carpet covered the uneven floor.
The husband and wife decided not to hire an interior designer. They came up with the design themselves and started the renovation.
After two months, the kitchen looked completely different.
First, they leveled the floor and put tiles on top.
Next, they worked on the walls and replaced the door frame with a new one. They covered the radiator with a decorative grille.
Finally, they installed a suspended ceiling.
