A month after the death of legendary actor Alain Delon, his daughter, Anouchka Delon, posted a heartfelt message on social media. She spoke about her deep sadness and how much she misses the special moments they shared, expressing that her father’s absence is a loss that will always be felt.
Anouchka’s tribute included rare black-and-white pictures of her father, some of which were taken in the later years of his life. Her older brother, Anthony Delon, also paid tribute by sharing a picture of their parents.
Alain Delon, who turned 88 in November 2023, had been dealing with health problems in the years leading to his passing. In January, Anthony revealed that their father had been diagnosed with a slow-progressing form of lymphoma. He also accused Anouchka of hiding the true extent of their father’s condition, saying Delon had even taken cognitive tests which he did not pass.
On top of their grief, the family is dealing with legal issues involving Delon’s caregiver, Hiromi Rollin. Anthony and Anouchka have accused Rollin of emotionally harming their father, neglecting him, and being aggressive. They claim that she tried to misuse Delon’s mail and phone for her own benefit and even mistreated his dog.
As the family continues to mourn the loss of their father, they are also facing the legal complications surrounding his last years. The accusations against Rollin raise concerns about the care Delon received and the challenges families encounter when caring for aging loved ones.
