Victoria Beckham is known for paying close attention to her appearance. She works out consistently and tries to maintain a healthy diet.

However, many people think her diet is a bit extreme. Her husband, David Beckham, once even joked about it, saying he had never met anyone more predictable.

“I’m very passionate about food. When I eat something delicious, I want everyone else to try it. But, sadly, I’ve been married to someone for 25 years who always eats the same meal. Since the day I met her, she’s been eating fried fish and steamed vegetables and rarely changes her routine,” David shared.

Recently, Rio Ferdinand, a friend and former teammate of David, spoke with reporters on the Kyle & Jackie O radio show and revealed that he’s never seen Victoria eat anything.

“I really don’t remember ever seeing that. And I have a very good memory,” the retired footballer joked. When asked if he thought Victoria was a nice person, he agreed.

Victoria, for her part, doesn’t hide that she follows strict eating habits. She has said that most things she does are taken to the extreme.

For instance, when it comes to her workouts, she often trains twice a day—both in the morning and the evening.

“My husband makes me sound boring. Of course, he’s never known anyone as disciplined about food as I am. I focus on healthy fats, like avocados, fish, and nuts, and I regularly do detox routines,” Victoria explained in an interview.
