Tried it once—and now I make it every week! 🤤😋 The most addictive topping for sandwiches, and it’s ready in minutes! 🕰🐟 Want to know how to make this irresistible topping? 🍳 Recipe in the article ⬇️
Sandwiches often come to the rescue when you need a quick meal. They work just as well for a festive table as they do for a simple snack at work.
I don’t trust store-bought spreads—their prices are high, and the quality is often questionable. That’s why I prefer making them myself. Today, I’ll share one of my favorite recipes.
For this spread, you’ll need:
A can of sardines in oil
Two boiled chicken eggs
Three quail eggs
One garlic clove
A small bunch of green onions
Mayonnaise
15 slices of bread (white or toast bread works well)
A little sunflower oil
How to prepare sandwiches with homemade spread
Toast the bread in a lightly oiled skillet or simply dry it in the oven. While it’s still hot, rub it with a garlic clove.
Grate the chicken eggs, drain the oil from the sardines, and mash them well with a fork. Mix everything together, then add mayonnaise. Spread this mixture over the toasted bread. Sprinkle each sandwich with chopped green onions and top with a slice of quail egg.
That’s it! In just a few minutes, you have a delicious and easy dish ready to enjoy
