French photographer Jeremy Buchholz couldn’t afford to buy an apartment in Bordeaux. So, he found a creative solution—purchasing an inexpensive garage in the city center.
With some effort, a bit of money, and a lot of imagination, Jeremy transformed the space into a stylish and comfortable 41-square-meter apartment.
Before the renovation, the garage didn’t look particularly appealing.
The transformation
During the remodeling process, the garage was redesigned into a functional living space with clearly defined areas. It now includes a kitchen, a cozy living room, and a small workspace.
The bedroom was placed on the second level of the apartment, accessible by a narrow staircase.
Despite the limited space, there was even room to include a compact but stylish bathroom.
What was once an ordinary garage is now a charming and fully equipped home, proving that a little creativity can turn even the most unexpected spaces into something special.
