A landlord in Pennsylvania had no idea what he was getting into when he rented out an apartment to a couple with kids and two dogs.
As time went by, it was time for the landlord to collect the keys and fees from the tenants who had decided to move out. But when he walked into the apartment, he was completely shocked.
It was a total disaster: dirt everywhere, broken dishes, trash, and debris all over the place. It was hard to believe that anyone could have lived in such a mess.
