A man bought a tiny, outdated apartment for almost nothing, and his incredible transformation will leave you stunned 🏢 🫣 With smart planning and creativity, he turned it into a space that looks nothing like the original 🤭🤩 The end result is simply unbelievable—take a look in the article below! ⬇️
It’s hard to believe that these photos show the same apartment. But this young man really knows what he’s doing! The transformation is simply amazing.
He decided to share some of his tips and tricks with us.
This apartment was designed for one person—a young man. So, he planned everything based on his own habits, lifestyle, tastes, and preferences. It took him about 4 months to plan everything. He moved in after that, but it took another 2-3 months to fully furnish the place. And at times, it was so stressful that he thought he might have a heart attack!
To make the space feel bigger, he decided to open up the kitchen and combine it with the living room. He also expanded the pantry by taking some space from the bedroom to create a walk-in closet, eliminating the need for bulky wardrobes. The tiny bathroom was made larger, too.
He had already decided where everything would go, so the layout was as practical as possible.
These photos don’t show the final look of the apartment—they were taken about 1-2 months after the renovation was finished. The apartment was still a work in progress. Instead of buying a lot of decorations at once, he chose items slowly, picking things that had personal meaning and memories.
He also thanked a girl named Elena.
She helped him a lot—running around the city in search of the perfect chandelier, finding skilled professionals to bring his ideas to life, and even standing on the windowsill to hold a measuring tape! Without her, he probably wouldn’t have dared to take on such a big project.
He doesn’t claim that his apartment has the most unique interior design. This was his first renovation and his first apartment, so the layout, colors, and style were all chosen by him, for him, and with a lot of thought.
And now, here’s the result…
