I Never Thought Peking Cabbage Could Taste This Good—You’ll Want to Make This Recipe Every Night!

I tried a new way to make Peking cabbage, thanks to a friend’s tip, and I can’t stop cooking it for dinner! 🥬 😍 It’s incredibly tasty and so easy to make. You’ve got to try it—the full recipe is in the article below! ⬇️💬

A friend of mine loves to try new things in the kitchen. Recently, she shared a clever way to use up a head of Chinese cabbage that had been sitting in her fridge for a while.

But no, she didn’t turn it into another salad. Instead, she made pizza out of it!

Here’s what she used:
– A medium-sized head of Chinese cabbage
– Some flour
– 3 eggs
– Salt and herbs for flavor
– 3 tomatoes
– 100 g of hard cheese
– 50 g of ham
– A bit of mayonnaise and oil

How to make it:
Start by cutting off the soft edge of the cabbage. Pour some flour onto a plate (you can mix it with breadcrumbs if you like). In another bowl, beat the eggs with salt and spices.

Dip the cut side of the cabbage first into the flour, then into the beaten eggs. Place the cabbage, cut side down, into a preheated and lightly oiled frying pan. Fry it for about 5 minutes.

Cut a 1.5-2 cm thick slice from the cabbage head and set it aside. Dip the rest of the cabbage back into the flour, then into the eggs again, and fry. Cut off another slice.

Keep repeating this process until you’ve used up all the cabbage. My friend ended up with four slices, each fried on one side.

For the toppings, cut the ham into thin strips, grate the cheese, and slice the tomatoes.

Place the cabbage slices into a frying pan greased with a bit of oil, with the unfried side facing down. Spread a little mayonnaise on top, add the tomatoes and ham, and sprinkle with cheese.

Cover the pan and cook on very low heat for 5 minutes.

The result? An incredibly tasty dish that’s both simple and creative!
