Opt for socks made from natural materials such as cotton or wool — they allow your feet to breathe more easily. Change your socks daily, or even twice a day when it’s really hot.

Fill one bowl with hot water (about 40–45°C), and another with cold water and ice. Dip your feet in the hot water for a few seconds, then switch to the cold. Repeat this 5–10 times. It helps improve circulation and keeps feet feeling fresh.

Oak bark helps tighten the skin and fights inflammation. To make a foot soak, boil 2–3 tablespoons of crushed oak bark in 2 liters of water. Let it sit for about 30 minutes, then strain it.

Soak your feet in the warm mixture for 15–20 minutes. For extra freshness, add a few drops of peppermint or tea tree essential oil.

3. Don’t Forget About Your Shoes

Let your shoes air out after each wear. Spray them with special deodorizing sprays. Wash them with soap or a proper cleaner every now and then. Let them dry outdoors, but not in direct sunlight. And try not to wear the same pair two days in a row.
