Many people try to live and not notice the problems that don’t concern them.
Today we would like to tell about a man who spends several hours of his time every day bringing water to the arid regions of Tsavo West National Park.

Patrick Kilonzo Mwalua lives in Kenya and he is engaged in filling dry watering places so that the animals that live there don’t die of thirst. Elephants, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes and many other local animals are completely dependent on this person, because there is absolutely no water in these places. Animals already know who it is and what he is doing, so each time they slowly go to meet the man.

Patrick is an ordinary farmer in one of the villages nearby. When he saw how the animals were tormented by the lack of rainfall, he could not remain indifferent. So now every day he refills his water carrier, which holds more than 11 thousand liters of water, and sets off. “Yesterday 500 buffaloes were waiting for me at the watering hole. When I arrived, they smelled the water immediately … Without even waiting for me to leave, they rushed to drink the water, because they were literally dying of thirst,” tells Patrick. Seeing how animals become the happiest creatures after drinking plenty of water is the best reward for Patrick!
