Once a catty appeared on the windowsill showing with his behavior that he is ready to forget about the street life forever.
A cute catty befriended a young girl when he arrived at her home in Brooklyn, New York. She began to feed the friendly wanderer and he began to visit the girl very often.
When the cat arrived at the end of last month the cutie was very wounded and he was meowing plaintively. The girl and her family were able to help him and take him to the animal rights activists of Little Wanderers NYC so that the catty received the necessary medical care.
Despite all his experiences on the streets Carlton the catty was very sweet and soft like a teddy bear. He is estimated to be around five years old and tested positive for feline HIV which, however, doesn’t prevent him from living his life to the fullest.
Karyanna who is a seasoned overexposure volunteer from Staten Island, New York saw Carlton’s story on social media and offered to help him.
When Carlton was taken on overexposure he was afraid of the new environment at first but then the catty quickly found solace in his human friends. He was harsh but there is no doubt that he had a kind soul and heart.
“It was easy to earn his trust because he really loves people. He is so plush,” tells Karianna.
The red-striped cutie enjoyed the company of people and loved to be hugged so much.
He walked around the house looking for one of the adoptive parents to caress him as if he was making up for the love he hadn’t received on the streets.
“As soon as I scratched him a little he immediately began to purr. Now he just likes to lie on my lap while I can’t move anywhere. “- tells the mistress.
“He looks like a big, friendly furry little lion. He will push your hand with his head if you aren’t stroking him vigorously enough and he will roll over onto his back exposing his tummy. This is the perfect cat and whoever takes him home will be very lucky,” says Karianna.
The glorious petty has fully recovered thanks to the help of the animal defenders and now he is ready to find a permanent home for himself.
“He is probably the friendliest and most relaxed cat you will ever meet. A real red-and-gold fluffy treasure. “
