The biggest owls in the world came to watch TV
A man named Baart, who lives in Belgium one day heard a noise from his outdoor planter. At first, he considered it was a dove, but then it appeared to be four big owls, the largest ones in all of Europe.
The biggest owl in the world has considered building a nest in Jos Baart’s high-rise apartment complex. There were a mommy owl and her three babies, that was very curious about everything.
At first, Baart considered they were annoying, but then they made friends.
You can see them standing in quick succession, peering over Baart’s shoulder at the television screen. Maybe they were still waiting to be invited to the house.
Their mother wasn’t as sociable as her babies and she followed them from behind a bush. She was watching over Baart’s and her children’s television watching. But she wasn’t able to stop her babies curiosity.
These owls are the largest in the world and were recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records. They are known to live almost 20 years, but they can live up to 60 years.
They usually live on cliffs and ledges, but also they can live in empty golden eagle nests.
It was an unforgettable experience for the man.
