The owners of this apartment were originally planning to buy a place in a new building. But their budget was tight, so they decided to purchase an old apartment in instead.
The apartment has an area of 80 square meters, and its condition when they bought it was what they called “a real nightmare.”
The couple chose to save money on buying the apartment itself and spend the rest on a full renovation.
In the end, they spent around 50,000 dollars on repairs.
Of course, they made changes to the layout, and now the apartment looks completely different. There is a modern kitchen with white walls, a matching kitchen set, and a darker area with a bar counter.
Other details that complete the interior include an emerald-colored sofa in the living room, a cozy dining corner with a round table, and a nicely arranged balcony where they can enjoy warm evenings.
The bedroom is done in a minimalist style. There is a black accent wall behind a large king-size bed, which became the main feature of the room.
There is also a convenient walk-in closet.
In the bathroom, the couple decided to add a home hammam. They say it was one of the best ideas they had during the renovation.
