The Untold Story of the ‘White House in the Sky’ Built by a Billionaire Who Vanished Before the Paint Dried

“He built a mansion on top of a skyscraper—then vanished” 🏛️🏙️ Once a billionaire F1 boss, Vijay Mallya created a $20M palace in the sky with helipads, pools, and views for days. But here’s the twist—he’s never lived there. See the jaw-dropping photos and the story behind this empty empire in the article below 👇

If you’re not a longtime Formula 1 fan, the name Vijay Mallya might not ring a bell. But at one point, he was a billionaire businessman known for owning the Force India F1 team—and for his lavish lifestyle.

Mallya loved luxury. His collection included yachts, private jets, classic cars, and huge houses.

One of his most talked-about purchases? A $20 million mansion built on top of a 400-foot skyscraper. And yes—it’s modeled after the White House.

This mansion, which some say looks a lot like a futuristic home once imagined for Cristiano Ronaldo, is located in Bengaluru, India. It sits at the top of Kingfisher Towers, a luxury building developed on land where Mallya’s family home used to be.

Vijay Mallya is a co-owner of this 34-story skyscraper. The tower spans 4.5 acres and houses 81 ultra-luxurious apartments spread across three distinct blocks.

Naturally, Mallya reserved the best spot in the building for himself.

At the very top is a two-story mansion resembling the White House. It boasts its own helipad, a wine cellar, both indoor and outdoor pools (one heated), gardens, a private gym, a salon, and breathtaking 360-degree views of the city.

The mansion is totally separate from the rest of the apartments. It even has two elevators that only Mallya can use.

But here’s the twist—he’s never actually lived there.

As the mansion was being built, Mallya’s financial troubles were getting worse. He defaulted on $1 billion in loans and has been living in the UK since 2016. The Indian government has been trying to bring him back to face charges related to fraud and money laundering.

What became of his Formula 1 team? Force India is no longer in operation. However, some of its assets were acquired by Lawrence Stroll, the father of F1 driver Lance Stroll. Lawrence played a key role in rebranding Aston Martin and contributed to the development of the Valhalla supercar.

Even though Mallya’s mansion remains untouched, it’s a reminder of the extraordinary heights some people reach—and how quickly things can change.

What do you think of this unbelievable mansion in the sky? Would you live in a place like that? Let us know in the comments!
