In 2020, Rodrigo Alves, previously recognized as the “Human Ken Doll,” revealed a major life transformation. Embracing a new identity as Jessica, Rodrigo underwent an intensive six-hour operation to begin the journey of gender transition.
“For the first time in my life, I truly feel like who I was always meant to be — no longer trapped in the wrong body.” Jessica said after waking up from the operation.

Recently, Jessica shared new photos online, showing off the body she now calls her “dream figure.” The pictures sparked a mix of support and criticism.
“Everyone deserves to be happy,” some followers wrote in the comments. Others were more skeptical: “Does he really think that’s what a woman looks like?” one person asked.

Some users doubted the results of such transformations in general. “I haven’t seen a single good example of male-to-female surgery,” someone said. “They often end up looking exaggerated, more like a caricature than a real woman.” Others questioned the beauty of the look: “Is this supposed to be attractive?”

“Who told him this is what a woman looks like?” another person asked. “Maybe he’s just never seen truly beautiful women?”
There were also people who tried to be supportive but remained critical: “I’m happy for him,” one comment read, “but even after all those surgeries, he still hasn’t come close to what he wants to be.”
