Tom Brady has received a monumental tribute — a towering 40-foot bronze statue now stands proudly outside Gillette Stadium in Boston. The 48-year-old, who has claimed seven Super Bowl titles, was honored on August 9 in front of fans and former teammates.
“I’m incredibly flattered and deeply grateful — but honestly, I feel a little older now,” Brady joked during the unveiling ceremony.
“I’m a bit surprised, because statues are usually for when you’re much older… It’s not every day you get cast in bronze,” he continued with a smile. “I never imagined I’d become a statue, but after 25 years in the game, here I am — frozen in time.”
