Prince Harry is expected to return to the UK for the wedding of Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling — a moment some see as a chance to mend the ongoing royal rift. Details of the upcoming celebration remain under wraps.

Royal commentator Nick Ede believes Harry’s presence is important, but he advised that Meghan Markle should remain in the United States during the family event. The 40-year-old prince has previously expressed a wish to reconcile with his relatives.
Speaking to reporters, Ede noted that Harry has always been close to Peter Phillips and has attended major royal occasions alone before. “I think it would be good for his image if he went to the wedding,” he said.
He added that if Harry truly wants to rebuild ties with his family, this could be a meaningful step toward easing tensions.

As for Meghan, Ede suggested she is unlikely to attend. While she would likely receive an invitation, he believes she has firmly moved on from royal life in favor of her new chapter in Montecito, and may have no desire to return to the UK.
If Meghan skips the wedding, it would also mean the Sussex children — six-year-old Prince Archie and four-year-old Princess Lilibet — would not attend either, since Harry has never brought them to the UK without her.

What do you think — could this wedding become the first real step toward healing the royal family divide, or is it too late for peace? Share your thoughts in the comments — your opinion matters.
