“A house smaller than your bedroom — and someone paid €77,777 for it” 🏡🔥 In Bremen’s historic Schnoor district, this 4m² home just found a buyer — YouTuber Finn Kliemann. See what the world’s tiniest house really looks like in the article below 👇📸
In Bremen, a unique property has gone on the market—possibly the smallest and oldest residential home in Germany.

The exact construction date remains uncertain, but experts believe the building is around a century old. Originally designed as an outbuilding with a toilet, it later became a fully self-contained living space despite its miniature size.

The house sits in Bremen’s historic Schnoor district on a narrow medieval street. The total plot measures only 7 square meters, with 4 square meters of living area inside, equipped with a toilet, shower, small electric stove, and space for a bed. To make up for the tiny footprint, a small rooftop terrace was also added.

This rare property was recently listed for €77,777, with an additional commission fee of about six percent. Despite its tiny size, the house sparked huge curiosity and was quickly purchased by a well-known German YouTuber and entrepreneur, Finn Kliemann, 32.
👉 Would you ever consider living in a house this small, or do you think it’s more of a collector’s item than a home?
