Katie Price could be facing eviction again, this time from her new home in West Sussex, after complaints surfaced about her neglecting the property and turning it into a trash heap.
The 56-year-old celebrity, who moved into a newly renovated barn just a few months ago, is reportedly not keeping up with the maintenance of the property she’s renting for £4,500 a month. Neighbors have raised alarms, warning that if the situation continues, the owners won’t hesitate to take action.

According to Daily Mail, locals are worried that the home is starting to resemble Katie’s infamous “Mucky Mansion,” which was sold after her bankruptcy and eviction in March 2024. Residents have noticed piles of rubbish building up around the property, including trash bags and other discarded items, raising concerns about hygiene and potential rodent problems.

One source close to the situation stated, “Katie needs to clean up the mess, or the owners will take serious steps. She doesn’t own the house, so it’s her responsibility to keep it in good condition.”

The situation is eerily similar to what happened at her former home. Back in May 2024, aerial photos showed the “Mucky Mansion” in a state of disrepair, which led to its eventual sale to furniture magnate James Mercer for £1.15 million.
Neighbors are particularly concerned that the growing trash pile could attract rats, creating a broader problem for the entire neighborhood. Despite this, the trash was cleaned up the following day, but the damage to her reputation may already be done.
