Paris Hilton revealed that on February 14, her husband Carter Reum got down on one knee again — even though they’re already married. The 45-year-old socialite shared a string of romantic photos and explained that she said “yes” all over again.
The second proposal happened in Turks and Caicos, just days before Hilton’s birthday. The couple has been together for about five years and are raising two children. But for Paris, this wasn’t just about romance — it was about making a point.
“Five years later… and he still makes my heart skip. On Valentine’s Day my love proposed to me again, and I said ‘yes’ again. But now we’re not just husband and wife, we’re mom and dad. Phoenix and London get to see the love that brought them into this world. Renewing our vows isn’t just about celebrating five years — it’s about showing our kids that love grows deeper and that you choose each other over and over,” she wrote.

Hilton married Reum in 2021 at her late grandfather Barron Hilton’s estate in Bel-Air. The wedding lasted three days and unfolded on a grand scale. In 2023, the couple welcomed two children via surrogate — son Phoenix in January and daughter London in November. Paris has said motherhood completely reshaped her priorities.
