Lina L., better known online as Cigno, looks completely different today from the woman she used to be before covering her body in tattoos and extreme modifications.
Originally from Germany and now living in San Francisco, Lina once worked a prestigious high-paying corporate tech job and had no tattoos at all. Looking at her old photos now, many people can barely believe it is the same person.
Even while living a more traditional lifestyle, she had always been fascinated by body art and dreamed of transforming herself into what she called a “living work of art.”
Eventually, she decided to leave her old life behind completely and fully commit to the transformation she had imagined for years.
Since then, Lina has reportedly spent around $50,000 changing her appearance. Her body is now covered in more than 50 tattoos, including designs across her face and head.
She also underwent several cosmetic enhancements, including breast implants, nose refinement, multiple piercings, stretched earlobes and shaving her head to complete the dramatic look.
Lina regularly posts photos of her transformation online, where thousands of followers closely watch every new change to her appearance.
And according to her, she is still not finished. She plans to continue covering the rest of her body in tattoos and eventually split her tongue as part of her ongoing transformation.
