Mick Jagger made a rare public appearance with his family as he traveled to Budapest to support his beloved Arsenal in the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain.
The 82-year-old music legend was spotted in the stands alongside his fiancée Melanie Hamrick, as well as two of his sons — 40-year-old James and nine-year-old Deveraux. The family watched the highly anticipated match together as thousands of fans packed the stadium for one of the biggest nights in European football.
Jagger arrived dressed in a classic blue suit but later shed the jacket, cheering on his team in a white shirt decorated with subtle embroidered details. James and Deveraux proudly wore matching Arsenal jerseys, while 38-year-old Melanie Hamrick kept her look simple with a white top and sunglasses.
For much of the evening, Arsenal supporters had reason to celebrate. The London club took the lead, raising hopes of lifting the prestigious trophy. However, Paris Saint-Germain fought back to level the score at 1-1. With no winner after regular time, the final was decided by a dramatic penalty shootout, where PSG eventually secured a 4-3 victory.
While football was the focus of the night, the Jagger family itself attracted plenty of attention. James Jagger has built a successful career in entertainment, appearing in projects including the HBO series “Vinyl” and films such as “The Outpost” and “The Deep House.” He has also pursued music and founded his own band, Turbogeist.
The future path of young Deveraux remains unknown, although his talents have already caught the attention of those closest to him. Melanie Hamrick, who performed with the American Ballet Theatre until 2019, revealed in 2024 that her son has a “wonderful” singing voice and loves to dance.
Despite his creative interests, Hamrick said she prefers not to place expectations on him. “I can’t wait to see what he does. But I don’t want to put any pressure on him because there’s already enough pressure between Mick and me,” she explained.
Jagger is the father of eight children. His eldest daughter, Karis, was born in 1970, followed by Jade in 1971. He shares four children with Jerry Hall — Elizabeth, James, Georgia and Gabriel. His son Lucas was born during his relationship with Luciana Gimenez Morad. Deveraux, born in 2016, is the youngest of his children and the son he shares with Melanie Hamrick, whom he has been in a relationship with since 2014.
