Jennifer Lopez has turned an ordinary workday into a seriously daring photo opportunity. The 57-year-old singer and actress posed completely nude in a bathtub, joking that this unusual setting was her “office” for the day.
With her hair swept into a neat high bun, Lopez sat in the tub while a laptop rested on a metal stand directly in front of her. The luxurious room featured a black-and-white tiled floor, huge windows and a terrace overlooking a lush garden. “Today I’m in the office,” she captioned the shot.
Fans immediately flooded the comments with praise. Some even brought up her former husband Ben Affleck, joking that the provocative picture might remind him exactly what he had lost. Others called Lopez a “queen” and a “goddess.”
Her toned appearance at 57 is backed by a demanding routine. Lopez reportedly exercises five times a week and considers sleep one of the most important parts of maintaining her energy. “Ideally, I would love to get nine or ten hours of sleep, but either way, I always make sure I get at least eight,” she has explained.
The “On the Floor” singer also emphasizes mental well-being, meditation and balance between mind and body. She believes happiness, love and inner harmony have a major influence on how someone looks and feels.
Nutrition is another part of her routine. Lopez eats plenty of vegetables, including asparagus, Brussels sprouts, broccoli and leafy greens, alongside white meat and fish. At the same time, she remains particularly fond of the Puerto Rican food she grew up eating.
