Kylie Jenner isn’t letting summer disappear quietly. The 29-year-old turned her latest photo drop into another provocative fashion moment, choosing an outfit where one extremely small piece of silver fabric did most of the talking.
Instead of a traditional top, Kylie wore a shimmering creation made from countless tiny metallic links. Draped loosely across her chest like a miniature scarf, the halter-style piece was secured at the back by a delicate chain and left much of her upper body exposed.
The most daring detail only became obvious from different angles. The design plunged dramatically around the back and sides, revealing considerable side-boob, while Kylie appeared to skip a bra entirely.
She balanced the revealing upper half with figure-hugging leather trousers from her own Khy label. The pants followed her silhouette closely through the legs before opening into a subtle flare near the ankles.
Kylie finished the combination with towering snakeskin-effect sandals. But between the metallic shimmer, dramatically exposed back and tiny amount of coverage up top, her accessories hardly stood a chance of stealing attention.
The photos also doubled as another opportunity for Jenner to showcase one of the businesses in her growing portfolio. Yet it was that unusual silver creation — somewhere between jewelry, a scarf and an actual top — that turned the gallery into a conversation starter.
For Kylie, apparently, the final weeks of summer aren’t the moment to cover up. Her latest outfit went in precisely the opposite direction — and judging by how little was holding that silver top in place, it was certainly designed to make people stop scrolling.
