Donald Trump Jr. apparently wanted to look his best before marrying Bettina Trump in May. A resurfaced post from a Palm Beach medical spa has revealed the cosmetic treatments the president’s eldest son and his bride reportedly underwent ahead of their wedding.
Pure Skin Palm Beach said Trump Jr. received a customized Ultherapy treatment designed to “naturally enhance” his jawline. The non-invasive procedure uses ultrasound technology to tighten the skin and improve firmness, with one session typically starting at around $2,000.
The spa later shared wedding photos of the couple and said it had helped Donald Jr. prepare for the big day. Bettina reportedly underwent a much more extensive beauty routine, including Sculptra, Renuva, MOXI, Tixel and laser hair removal.
Her preparations also reportedly included regenerative hair treatments, customized facials, wrinkle-smoothing procedures, skincare and intravenous vitamin therapy. The spa said Bettina first became a client around five years ago and has since become a regular customer and close friend.
The old post resurfaced amid separate controversy surrounding the couple’s wedding celebrations. A recent investigation alleged that Russian businessman Umar Kremlev helped pay for festivities held after the wedding, including the rental of a private island, fireworks and other expenses.
Bettina responded by sharing previously unseen photos and calling Kremlev a “dear friend.” She said he generously hosted two nights of celebrations after their wedding and rejected suggestions that the gift had political motives or a hidden agenda.
The couple reportedly married in Palm Beach in front of just 18 guests before continuing the festivities in the Caribbean. Now, amid all the attention surrounding the celebrations, Donald Jr.’s pre-wedding jawline transformation has become another unexpected talking point.
