It’s always a pleasure to watch the transformations of animals especially if these are stories with a good ending when everyone is happy and the poor fellow finally meets loving owners. So such a story happened with a husky named Finn. His owner bought a dog as a gift for his wife but later they divorced. The man decided to sell Finn which is why the dog became terribly thin. But the volunteers saved the dog, fed him and turned him into a real handsome creature!
Finn the Husky was taken from his owner who decided to sell the doggy.
Finn was given to his mistress when he was still a puppy. However, later the couple divorced and the man decided to keep the dog for himself and he apparently decided to take his anger out on the animal. Finn spent almost 2 years on a chain where he had neither a roof over his head nor a normal food and drink.
When Finn was discovered by the animal rights activists he looked more like a bag of bones.
When the husky was loaded into the trunk of the car he just curled up there and had been sleeping for two hours.
The huskies began to be treated immediately right in the shelter.
In addition to emaciation (Finn weighed 18 kilograms) and an almost complete lack of hair the dog had fleas and ticks.
However, despite his emaciated appearance Finn was full of energy and he was able to recover.
The dog began to gain weight very quickly and a week later his coat grew more and more.
According to the volunteers the dog didn’t have enough attention before but now he began to flourish due to the care of people.
Finn completely ate and showed over time how handsome he can be.
According to the volunteers of the Pet Angels Rescue shelter Finn managed to add his weight up up to 36 kilograms which only benefited his attractiveness!
A loving home was found for the cutie very quickly.
Finn was taken care of by the people who visited him even when the dog was still very bad.
Looking at what Finn looks like now it’s hard to believe that he once looked like a bag of bones.
We hope that Finn and his new owners will have a long and happy life together!
