The baby opened her eyes and looked at the world for the first time since she was found on the street 2 days ago along with all her brood.
Caroline Grace who is the founder of Baby Kitten Rescue in Los Angeles rushed to the city shelter for the three kittens who urgently needed help. The orphanage lacked the resources and the night staff for the 24/7 care that was vital to young orphans.
“They posted a post asking to pick up the kittens before the end of the day and our organization has responded, ”says Caroline.
The three kittens were tiny, hungry and grimy. The two of them are two-colored and one of them is black and white. Their appearance showed that their chances of survival were slim. They huddled together all the time as of feeling something.
“It is clear from their dire state that they had been staying without a mother for rather a long time,” says Caroline.
The Trinity was quickly treated for a bacterial infection, and in less than a day the kittens got better and they already had an appetite.
Anna the tricolor with a black nose was the tiniest but the most vociferous. Whenever it was time to feed she would scream with all her might to be served first.
She learned to purr at the age of 4–5 days and she cried out without interruption.
When her brother and sister had already opened their eyes Ann was still ahead. “Anna the cutie didn’t open her eyes until fourteen days and they didn’t fully open until the sixteenth day,” tells Caroline.
But as soon as she regained her sight and saw what was going on around her the agility of hers manifested itself in full force.
Baby Anna has become the most daring and brave cutie of the brood.
“From the very beginning she had more than enough impudence. She screams with all her might as soon as she feels the hatchery door has opened,”says Caroline.
“She loves to touch her paws when you hug and kiss her after feeding. “
Although Anna is short she compensates for the lack of height and weight with the strength of her personality.
Now the kittens are three and a half weeks old and they have moved from the incubator to an extended pen with many compartments for playing and living.
“Sven is a nice black and white boy with a charming white china and Elsa is the sweetest and softest of the trio. She has a soft meow and such kind of puppy eyes that make her heart melt, ”says Caroline.
Elsa always keeps close to Anna, clings to her sister, doesn’t let her get bored and constantly licks and kisses her.
“Everyone is doing great and they are now the healthiest, plumpest and cutest crumbs. It’s a great pleasure to bring up these kittens and I enjoy every moment I spend with them. “
