The owners abandoned the catty and all that remained for her was to go wandering around the streets of Montreal, Canada. She was seen pregnant with her huge belly late at night on the street when she was looking for shelter.
Having learned about the incident, a concerned local resident named Gail let the cat into the room and helped as much as he could before the arrival of the Chatons Orphelins Montréal rescuers.
“We named the cutie Madrasa. She was so sweet and friendly,” tells the animal rights activist Celine Crom.
Madrasah went to overexpose officially saying goodbye to the homeless life. She quickly got used to her new home. She lay down in a nest and began to absorb all the love that her foster mother could give her.
A few days later the cat started laboring and the two lovely kittens were born. Both the cuties were boys.
These lucky cuties were named Kasper and Cotton. They were taken by a caring family from the first minute of their lives. A week later Madrasah lost milk because of the fever and inflammation and she required medical attention.
The true treatment and love helped her to recover very quickly. When her strength was returned she didn’t hesitate to resume her maternal responsibilities.
Mother-guardian came to the aid of mother-cat with a bottle in her hands and fed the kittens on schedule. They always kept the little ones together and they were always clean and nourished.
“Her kittens survived thanks to the rescuers and the guardians,” says Celine.
Watch Madrasah the cutie on video:
“The supermama protects and looks after her children but when she wants to get attention she jumps on her knees and waits to be stroked from head to tail. “
The two brothers were making progress and at the age of six weeks they were already perfectly munching on adult food.
They are very curious and mischievous cuties now.
The kittens are entering adolescence and their mother now spends more time with her guardian. She is ready to give up motherhood and be the center of attention.
Her foster Mom fell in love with the cute catty with all her heart and cannot part with her so Madrasah will remain permanently.
