At 31, Alicia Almira has dedicated the past decade to sculpting her appearance into that of a real-life Barbie doll, investing around $200,000 in the process. Her appearance has drastically changed from what it was originally.
Alicia’s fascination with the Barbie look began at age nine, but it wasn’t until she turned 21 and moved to London after quitting her public relations job that she began pursuing this dream seriously.
In the past decade, Alicia has undergone numerous extensive surgeries and treatments, including several breast augmentations, nose surgeries, and facial enhancements with fillers for her forehead, eyes, cheeks, jaw, and lips. She has also received Botox injections and PDO thread lifts. In addition, she has heavily tattooed her chest and torso, extended her nails to triple their original length, and maintains a consistent tan and eyelash extensions.
Alicia views her transformation as a continuous journey. She stated, “I’ve always been attracted to extreme changes. Some people think I’m crazy, but I don’t regret any of the surgeries. I even plan to make my breasts bigger in the future. I want to achieve the most plastic look possible and inspire other girls to do the same.”
Growing up in a traditional household, Alicia adhered to a classic look until she embarked on her university studies in Copenhagen at 18. At 25, she saved £3,500 for her first breast implants, increasing her size from D to J, even though she is 5ft 6in tall and a size 8. Alicia is also committed to supporting her future children if they choose to undergo similar enhancements, saying, “If my daughter wants larger breasts or other changes, I would help her get them.”
