A young girl inherited a small one-bedroom apartment in an old building. The apartment was in terrible condition with dark wallpaper, worn-out linoleum, and outdated plumbing. Instead of selling it, the girl decided to renovate the apartment completely, preserving its historical charm and family heritage.

The apartment’s total area was 37 square meters, with the main room being 19 square meters and the kitchen measuring 9 square meters.
