Our Tiny Kitchen Transformed: How We Achieved a Cozy and Practical Interior Against All Odds

The kitchen was tiny, and renovating seemed almost impossible, but the result turned out amazing! 😍 In just two weeks, a cramped space became cozy, practical, and even visually bigger 🙈😳 Check out the transformation in the article! 👇

Creating a comfortable and useful kitchen in a dorm room is not simple.

Due to the limited space, creative solutions are needed to fit all essential appliances, arrange practical working areas, and keep the kitchen feeling spacious.

In this example, the designers chose an interesting approach: the kitchen cabinets are painted in a soft purple color, giving the space a pleasant and warm feeling.

The cabinets have rounded corners, which not only softens the overall look but also provides extra storage. This design might not be the trendiest choice, but in a tiny kitchen, practicality is more important.

The countertop stretches along the walls and is covered with a pattern that looks like small pebbles. This isn’t just for decoration—such a pattern helps hide small stains and scratches that appear over time.

A unique feature is how the sink is placed. Usually, sinks go in the corner, but here it’s closer to the entrance.

Probably, this choice was made to keep cabinets from crowding the area and to allow easy access to the sink.

The stove and extractor hood are also positioned using the same logic. This arrangement helps the kitchen feel more open, carefully organized, and even bigger than it is.

An additional eye-catching detail is a wall cabinet with a dark, slightly transparent door installed at the corner. It brings a touch of contrast and makes the space feel more interesting.

Thanks to these smart choices, even such a small kitchen is comfortable and pleasant to cook in.
