Treat yourself to something special with these white truffle candies – a little indulgence that’s totally worth it! 🍬🤤🤭 Not the cheapest, but every bite is pure deliciousness! 😋 Check out this simple recipe in the article👇
One day, a friend shared some homemade sweets with me, and from the first bite, I was amazed. The flavors blended perfectly, the texture was just right, and the aftertaste made me want more.
When she told me she had made them herself, I couldn’t believe it. But after she gave me the recipe, I had no doubts left.
The very next day, I went out to buy everything I needed to make them at home. These treats aren’t the cheapest, but sometimes it’s nice to indulge.
Ingredients:
– Vanilla wafers – 200 g
– Shredded coconut – 50 g
– White chocolate (good quality) – 200 g
How to make them:
1. Place the wafers in a sealed bag. A zip-lock bag works well. Crush them with a rolling pin or pestle until they turn into fine crumbs. Transfer to a bowl.
2. Break the white chocolate into pieces and put it in a microwave-safe dish. Melt it in short intervals—heat for 20 seconds, stir, then repeat until fully melted.
3. Pour the melted chocolate into the wafer crumbs and mix well. Let it sit for a few minutes to cool slightly.
4. Shape the mixture into small balls and roll them in shredded coconut. To prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands, lightly grease them with coconut oil.
5. If the mixture is too soft and hard to shape, refrigerate it for a few hours before rolling the balls.
You can also add chopped nuts, dried cranberries, or small pieces of fruit for extra flavor. Store the finished candies in the fridge.
Enjoy your homemade treat!
