“Congratulations, seniors!” the loudspeakers announced as students rushed out of the school, cheering and hugging. For Joseph, Kyle, Sam, and Harry, it was a moment filled with both joy and sadness. They had been inseparable for years — always hanging out together, joining the same clubs, eating lunch side by side. But now, their lives were heading in different directions.

Without hesitation, they booked flights and flew to Spain. When they arrived at Joseph’s small apartment and knocked on his door, he couldn’t believe his eyes.

Harry stepped forward. “You’re coming back to Mexico with me. You don’t belong here alone anymore.”
At first, Joseph was unsure. But eventually, he realized there wasn’t much left for him in Spain. Speaking Spanish already, he felt he could adapt easily.
Before heading back, the four of them toured Spain together — just like old times. They visited landmarks, ate delicious food, and laughed as if they were teenagers again.
