The girl who runs a TikTok page under the name emmapearlher showed her viewers what she found under the floorboards in her house.
First, Emma told the story of how her four-legged friend started barking at the carpet. It seemed strange but then she thought that the dog heard something, and therefore did not ignore the situation.
The dog barked at the carpet, and it turned out that it really smelled something under it.
The girl took off several boards, as the furry friend did not want to calm down and a unique discovery awaited the family under the boards.
As it turned out, opossums huddled under the floorboards – mom and its babies.
The opossum was scared for the cubs and it behaved aggressively and showed in every possible way that the one who touched its cubs would be punished. The woman even tried to explain to the wild animal that they should find another home.
However, the creatures didn’t plan to move, so the girl decided to watch them through the camera for a while. Watching the video, Emma came to the conclusion that these tailed animals are beautiful.
Realizing that now a flock of opossums lives in her house, Emma made a house for the new neighbors and began to feed them with fruit.
The animals liked the new housing, and they lived in it only during the day, as they were afraid of the corgi, which was in front of the house.
