Late last month, Murphy’s Law Animal Rescue which is located in North California was informed of a tiny cream-colored kitten who was in trouble.
He felt very bad and he couldn’t open his strongly festered eyes.
“We were asked: “We found a weak creature, will you help him? ” – how could we refuse? We began to take up the rescue process and treated him with all the available means,” tells Sarah Kelly who is the founder of the animal protection organization.
The kitten was very skin and she couldn’t eat without an assistant. Sarah and her team fed the kitten through a syringe on an hourly basis.
“We named the cutie Mip, because this sound first came to our mind at the sight of his precious sad face.”- the rescuers tell.
“The cutie lacked energy as the flea infestation and inflammation in both eyes were exhausting him but he was steadily recovering and gaining weight.”
In just a week, Meep’s eyes cleared and he was finally able to breathe normally.
“This is what one week of overexposure gave Meep. He gained weight and built muscles. The energy returns to him and he pampers us with his miraculous purr.”
The cutie turned into a healthy, affectionate guy who is ready to release his unrestrained energy outside.
Two weeks before Meep’s arrival Sarah brought in a black and white friend for Meep who was named Ruby. She was only a few days old. Her eyes hadn’t yet opened but she already knew how to declare her demands.
When Ruby needed something she just screamed but growing up, she learned to approach her people and wave her paws in front of them in order to get attention.
“Ruby is a born diva. She has her own opinion on every issue and will do everything in order to get attention,” says Sarah.
When Mip and Ruby finally met, they became close friends as if they knew for sure that this was exactly what both needed. “
The new friends were extremely happy that now they can play together. They divided the toys and the climbing frame equally and rushed about the playpen.
Neither Meep nor Ruby had ever had a sibling to cuddle with before that’s is why it was very good for both cuties to meet each other.
