For years, Tom Brady’s youthful appearance has been almost as talked about as his legendary football career. Even after retiring from the NFL in 2023, fans continued comparing old and new photos, pointing to his smooth skin, full hairline and sharply defined facial features.
Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Elie Levine, who has never examined Brady personally, previously shared his opinion based only on public photos. While praising Brady’s healthy lifestyle, he said diet and exercise alone would not normally explain such a youthful appearance.

He suggested Brady’s hairline, wrinkle-free forehead, full cheeks and polished smile may have been enhanced with cosmetic treatments, though Brady has never confirmed any procedures.

The speculation followed Brady for years. But after he shared family photos from the FIFA World Cup final on July 20, 2026, the attention suddenly shifted in an unexpected direction.

Instead of analyzing Brady’s face, many couldn’t stop looking at his sons. Jack, Brady’s son with Bridget Moynahan, and Benjamin, whom he shares with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, appeared to have inherited the same striking jawline and unmistakable chin that have become one of their father’s signature features.

“The jawline family, my goodness!” one person commented. Another wrote, “Brady got a crazy chin genetic, didn’t miss a single kid. Oldest son is his twin,” while others joked that the family resemblance was impossible to ignore.

The latest photos haven’t silenced the debate surrounding Brady’s appearance, but they have given fans a completely different explanation. For many, what they once questioned now suddenly looks like it may have been in the family all along.
