Cage debuted the transformation while making a public appearance in Los Angeles alongside his 31-year-old wife, Riko Shibata. With three decades separating them in age, the couple inevitably attracted attention as they posed together for photographers.
The “Gone in 60 Seconds” star dressed sharply for the occasion in a blue tuxedo jacket with satin lapels, a crisp white shirt and black trousers. Dark sunglasses added another distinctive touch to his dramatically changed appearance.
Riko opted for a much lighter palette beside her husband. She paired cream trousers with a white top and finished her look with a coat featuring semi-sheer sleeves, creating a noticeable contrast with Cage’s darker outfit.
The couple met through mutual friends and have now been together for several years. Their 30-year age difference has frequently attracted attention, but they appeared completely at ease as they posed side by side.
Cage’s silver-haired transformation also arrives as he prepares for another unusual role. He is set to star in “Spider-Noir,” playing a detective in a dark, 1930s-set interpretation of the Spider-Man universe.
