This is really a touching story of the manifestation of true humanity.
This heartbreaking moment was captured in Virunga National Park, DR Congo. It is one of the largest and oldest parks in the entire continent. In this photo you can see how a caretaker Patrick Karabarang tries to console a mountain gorilla cub who became an orphan because his mother was killed by poachers. And the little animal trusted the Wig. The little gorilla allowed the man to hug him and then even climbed “on the arms.”
The baby has become the fourth representative of his species. His brethren also appeared in the reserve because of the human cruelty. The parents of the two cuties were killed by poachers and after that some people tried to smuggle another gorilla.
Virunga National Park today is home to a quarter of the entire gorilla population, namely 210 animals. This place has become a real home for them because only here you can escape from the cruel reprisals of poachers, war and deforestation.
