No wonder they say, that a dog is a friend of man. Even of the man didn’t consider the dog as his friend. And this proved heroic dog Maison. The work heroic is not without reason: the tailed animal managed to save a life.
It all started quite usually: a girl from Georgia named Annabelle camp found a thin, unhappy puppy on the side of the road and brought it home. But her grandmother, with whom she lived wasn’t at all trilled with this venture, so it was decided, that this puppy, who was named Maison would stay in a house maximum for a week, after which Annabelle would give him to the Humane Society as soon as they will find a family for him.
The girl brought home a puppy, but her grandmother wasn’t happy
A family wasn’t found for Maison, that’s why the puppy was taken to the shelter, where he fell ill and was hospitalised. Knowing about this, Annabelle persuaded her grandmother to return the dog. She nevertheless agreed, but didn’t love the dog. It wasn’t allowed to go to her room and contact her.
After illness in the shelter Maison returned home
And then an event occurred that made the grandmother change her mind about the dog. One day Maison woke up Annabelle at night, he stood over her and barked. With all his appearance, the dog showed, that the girl should follow him. He ran into the corridor leading to her grandmother’s room, where he was forbidden to appear. The dog knew about this, but he ran there anyway. Grandmother was unconscious, and Maison licked her face, barked and howled. The fact is that the woman had heart problems, and thanks to the dog, the granddaughter was able to provide her with the necessary help.
Thanks to the dog, the grandmother was saved
Knowing about what had happened, she said to the dog: “Thank you, Maison”
Now she always strokes him, when she sees, and loves him in her own way. And Annabelle knew right away, that this dog had got to her for a reason. Still, because he turned out to be a real hero!
