You can meet your happiness at the most unexpected moment.
There were three inspectors checking the underwater piers of the Old Manns Harbor Bridge, North Carolina in a boat a mile away from the shore.
Suddenly one of them heard the noise of a braking car and then the man noticed how something flew off the bridge and hit the water. People were right under the bridge so they couldn’t see the car itself. They thought that someone had thrown garbage into the river …
However, after a few seconds Rhys Newman noticed movement on the surface of the water.
“We brought the boat closer and realized that it was a kitten. He floundered with all his might as if clinging to life. If we weren’t there he would have no chance to survive! ”- told the man.
The saviors took out the crumbs, wiped them off with a towel and then warmed them. There was no limit to their surprise and joy.
Kotey was taken to the vet. Apart from the salt water in his ears he didn’t find any problems with the furry cutie. Unless the poor cutie’s nose was peeled off he was trying to get out on the bridge support on his own but the waves didn’t allow him to do that.
The cutie was named Newman. It isn’t difficult to guess who became the owner of the catty!
Now the kitten lives in a family with children and the eldest fluffy “sister” Grouper and 15 chickens.
He eats well and also sleeps well.
And sometimes the furry animal helps the owner to deal with the household mess. The owner always tells that he is so happy that Newman the cutie appeared in his life!
